We begin with a tour of the winery accompanied by the winemaker and the owner. We review history, methods and the complete winemaking process, with a focus on the quality and personality of each wine.
While lunch is being prepared, we conduct a guided tasting of wines from different vineyards and altitudes. Fruity, with great varietal typicity, showcasing the particularities of each Mendoza terroir.
A special lunch in the heart of the winery, paired with RJ Viñedos wines. The ideal moment to get to know each other, share and prepare for the most exclusive stage of the day.
Alongside the winemaker you experiment with cuts, explore combinations and define the exact proportions of your wine. A technical and sensory process that ends in a decision that is yours — and only yours.
You design your personalized label with time and creative freedom. The wine will age in bottles for approximately one year. At the end of the process: 300 bottles with your name, your blend, your mark.
Carefully selected to achieve the highest quality. Each one brings something unique — and the proportion is yours.
Adds pyrazine aromas, herbal notes and structural complexity. The varietal that gives character and depth to the blend.
A touch of softness, aroma and elegance. Merlot softens the blend and gives it roundness on the palate.
Provides structural support and acidity. The skeleton of the wine — what allows it to age and evolve over time.
The most selected varietal, for the most discerning. The Mendoza identity at its maximum expression — the soul of the blend.
After creating the blend, the wine will age for approximately one year. The time it needs to round out and live up to your signature.
